Wyroby preizolowane systemu ZPU Międzyrzecz posiadają:

• Technical Approval no. AT/96-01-0049-04 "ZPU Międzyrzecz preinsulated pipes and fittings with steel line pipe for underground heat distribution networks", and Technical Approval no. AT/96-01-0050-03 "ZPU Międzyrzecz preinsulated pipes and fittings with galvanized steel line pipe for underground heat distribution networks", granted by COBRTI Instal in Warsaw with an expiry date on 29 March 2010.
• Technical Approval no. AT/2005-02-1526 "ZPU Międzyrzecz preinsulated pipes and fittings with galvanized steel line pipe for underground heat distribution networks", granted by COBRTI Instal in Warsaw with an expiry date on 29 June 2010.
• Technical Approval no. AT/2005-02-1527 "ZPU Międzyrzecz preinsulated pipes and fittings - SPIRO type - with steel line pipe for over ground heat distribution networks", granted by COBRTI Instal in Warsaw with an expiry date on 29 June 2010.
• Approval to use in mining, permission sign GM-172/00

Designing, development works, production, delivery, installation and maintenance of ZPU Międzyrzecz preinsulated pipes and fittings for underground heat distribution networks, are covered by systems of quality and environment management meeting standard requirements PN - EN ISO 9001: 2001 and  PN-EN ISO 14001:1998.
A confirmation of requirement fulfilment, included in the above mentioned standards, is QUALITY AND ENVRONMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS CERTIFICATE NO. JS-96/1/2003 with an expiration date on 4 December 2006 granted by the Polish Centre of Research and Certification.

Having ISO 14001 certificate means that the plant's organization has reached such a level that all actions, from resource suppliers, product manufacture to product delivery, installation processes and servicing are systematized, planned and documented in order to fulfil all contractual quality requirements of each client.

Planned actions ensure:

• periodic verification of suppliers as regards quality of products delivered for production of preinsulated products,
• analysis of detected inconsistencies, causes of their occurrence and introduction of correcting actions, which eliminate the possibility of their repeated occurrence (KJOD protocol, reject note - conduct description),
• verification of each individual order for the purpose of ensuring that all client's requirements are fulfilled,
• procedure of preinsulated products marking and their identification in order to ensure that only controlled and approved elements are subjected to further processing and sale,
  fulfilment of all specified quality requirements,
• quality control of all preinsulated product manufacture stages, beginning with material delivery, through operational controls, ending with final product control,
• control and supervision of measuring and research devices, regular calibration and legalization of measuring equipment.
